Steve Crisp: "Trullion Alastor 2262"

This is an original  illustration by Steve Crisp, one of a handful from a private collection returning to the market for the first time in decades....and it appeared as the cover for Jack Vance's first science fiction novel in the Alastor Trilogy, published by Grafton, for their 1979 paperback edition (I show the cover for reference) Painted in acrylics on illustration board, it's 28" x 14.5" framed to 34" x  23"  and signed,
