You are purchasing one of Powers' personal painting, a depiction of his hometown in Ridgefield, depicting a stunning scene of his Connecticut country-side, circa 1972!  This is a wonderful example of Powers' skill in making even a landscape appear dramatic - see the textured surfaces and focus.  It's a beautiful scene in acrylic on gessoed wood board, approx 22" x 28" and comes matted and framed under glass to 23" x 29" - also signed and dated '72 bottom left.  See photos -  this is an impressive, gorgeous, heavy painting - Powers loved to used wood panels!  Hard to estimate the weight when packed, I will do my best and make any needed corrections to the cost after shipping!
