Richard Hescox: The Unwound Way

This is an original cover painting by Hescox, illustrating the 1991 science fiction novel written by Bill Adams and Cecil Brooks, published by Del Rey Books in their paperback edition, 1991 (I show the published cover for your reference only).  It's the story of Evan Larkspur and his newfound career as officer on a star-survey mission - one hundred years in the future - but the artwork is pure Hescox at his science fictional best: dynamic, exciting, colorful!   The art is 32.5" x 22.5" in acrylcs on board, signed and dated 1991 bottom and comes framed to about 36" x 26", no glass!
