Richard Bober: Study of Woman Seated
Original painting, a study of a woman in the nude, seated. What makes Bober's nudes so interesting is that he attempts unusual poses, striving for a a natural rhythm - casual yet composed - while leaving the face and other identifiers purposefully blank. loosely rendered but beautiful in aspect nd execution. One of several such studies Bober completed in later years, inspired by memory or photographs, I'm not sure. Painted in oil on canvas 24" x 18". The Estate will provide a letter of authenticity.
