Richard Bober: "Looking for Juliette" prelim

This is the original preliminary painting created by Richard Bober (1943-2022) in preparation for completing the final illustration art for the novel by Janet Taylor Lisle, Book 2 in her "Investigators of the Unknown" series, published by Camelot 1st paperback edition 1996. (I show the cover for reference). A fine prelim by Bober, with surface embellishments and flourishes, one of his best in oils and acrylics on board, 7.5" x 5" Framed to 14.5" x 12"
