This is an original painting from the late 70s to 80s, loosely painted or perhaps unfinished, created for a project unknown.  It is quite beautiful, and handsomely sized, 36" x 24" and painted in oils on board, unsigned -  with some minor condition issues (see drip top left) which can be easily fixed.  Which is well-worth doing because this is a uniquely intriguing image.
