This is an original pencil study on paper, beautifully done, with watercolor stain right side, undated  The art is 7.5"  x 10.5" , site size 7" x 9" matted to 11.75" x 14.5" and it's signed with initials "JJP" center of image in pencil - there are also what appears to be handwritten personal notes left margin, which can be seen partialy under the matte.  Comes in original shrink wrap with artist's information and price on back $225
