Dug Stanat: "Lt. Philxuargh of the 9th Muffin Impalers"

Wow!  This is an impressive  sculpture in bronze  from Dug Stanat, who began sculpting in the early 90s and showing his work at SF/F conventions, where this piece was originally purchased.  In 2001, after a few years of intense 3D study he was hired as a character technical director at PDI/Dreamworks, and his credits include "How to Train Your Dragon 1 & 2, Rise of the Guardians, Shrek 2 & 3, Madagascar 1 & 2, Puss in Boots 2, and The Bee Movie. After twelve years at Dreamworks his interest shifted back to physical sculpture and this piece is a wonderful example of his imagination!  The Lt Phil stands  8" tall x 4" wide x 3" Deep.  See the photos!
