This is the original artwork created for Book #9 in Clay Dawson's "Long Rider" series of Westerns, this one titled "The Land Bandits" published by Diamond Publishers, 1990 (I show the published cover for reference) Hand-painted in acrylics on gypsum board, 24" x 16" and is signed and titled on the back.  Very handsome indeed!  DKS did the cover illustations for several Westerns - and all of them are dynamic and well-rendered....befitting his personal interest in all things Western.....
