This is the original artwork created for the Western novel by Giles Tippette titled "Cross Fire" published by Jove Books, 1990  (I show the published cover for reference) Justa Williams is a ranch hand to be reckoned with in this action packed western, and he's Hand-painted in acrylics on gypsum board, 24" x 16" signed DKS front, and signed and titled on the back.  Note: Jove decided to change the title here!  Very handsome indeed!  DKS did the cover illustations for several Westerns - and all of them are dynamic and well-rendered....befitting his personal interest in all things Western.....
