Here's a conundrum: did Dan Horne paint this "extra" cover for the Lionel Fenn (Charles L Grant) Tor 1986 cover, credited to Daniel Horne?  It could be alternate cover because it's noted on the back of the painting is "blood river dawn" and "another dawn" (should be "down" ) and also1980s  "ours for stock" so probably was bought by Tor from the artist, and not used. My guess is that Horne did BOTH (but I'm going to try to check with him to make sure!) This is a largish painting, likely in oils, 24.5" x 15" on illustration board 30" x 20" unsigned.  there's small (food drip?) stain top center in the image about 1" from the top which can be eliminated with restoration or judicious matting and framing!
