This is the original "paste-up" for the cover of Cosmos Science Fiction Magazine issue for July 1977 (Vol 1, #2)  and a collection of master "logos" for the same magazine.   Back in the day, "paste-ups" were how magazines got printed - and here we have a black-and-white photostat of the cover (art was by Vincent DiFate) and acetate overlay carrying the title and with instructions for the printer - on board 14" x 11".  The collection of logos: some are on paper, others mounted on board, the largest 17" x 8"   This is not original artwork: this kind of material represents a bit of science fiction history, all coming from the Hartwell Estate  -"ephemera" kept by the Editor, and now available for those who want to preserve a part of this magazine's history.
