Hoch  - a collection of stories featuring two of Hoch's most famous characters, the British espionage agent Jeffrey Rand and his half-Scottish, half-Egyptian wife, Leila Gaad . . .  published by Crippen & Landru, 1st trade edition 2001  (I show the cover for your reference)   Handpainted in acrylics on unstretched canvas, 23" x 16" and signed by Heyer bottom right.
