Here's an amazing personal work from Gutierrez, a major painting from 1989 in oils on stretched canvas, 24" x 36" and signed bottom right.  This private commission inspired by "Strange Encounters" depicts a surreal futuristic scene, with a Sedona, New Mexico feel to the mountainous environment.  It's a gorgeous painting, colorful and  beautifully rendered.
